Gay Couple Takes Same Sex Unions Law to Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 13 November - A gay couple asked on Monday the Constitutional Court to review the same sex unions act. In their motion Mitja Blazic and Viki Kerin claim that the bill is discriminatory in the provisions related to inheritance.
