Act on War Victims Found Incompatible with the Constitution
Ljubljana, 13 November - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the act on the victims of war violence is incompatible with the Constitution in that it grants the status of a victim of war violence only to those who were exposed to violence by the occupying forces; those that were victims of violence by the other side in the fighting are not eligible.
