Ahtisaari Acquaints EU Foreign Ministers with Kosovo Plan Delay

Brussels, 13 November - Martti Ahtisaari, the UN's special envoy for Kosovo, acquainted EU's foreign ministers with the decision to submit the proposal for settling the Kosovo issue after the Serbian parliamentary election, scheduled for 21 January. Slovenia pointed out that Serbia must not be left out of the picture.
