Ljubljana, 14 November - The preparations for the rotating presidencies of the EU that Portugal and Slovenia will hold successively from the second half of 2007 dominated talks on Tuesday between Foreign Ministry State Secretary Bozo Cerar and Manuel Lobo Antunes, European affairs state secretary at the Portuguese Foreign Ministry.
