Delo on Parliamentary Row over 2007 and 2008 Budgets

Ljubljana, 18 November - Commenting on Friday's walkouts of opposition MPs before the votes on the amended 2007 and 2008 budgets, daily Delo says that the government-initiated Development Partnership seems to be but a hollow phrase at least as far as the state budget is concerned.
