Maribor, 18 November - The daily Vecer notes on Saturday that the government, spearheaded by Labour, Family and Social Affairs Minister Janez Drobnic and his new strategy for increasing the birth rate, has broken with a decades long tradition of non-meddling with women's right to abortion.
