Ljubljana, 19 November - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 20 November:

LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to open its regular November session at 2 PM with the usual Q&A time. Prior to that, deputies are set to resume at 10 AM the extraordinary session to take a vote on the amendments to the 2007 budget and the 2008 budget bill. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is due to meet Joachim Ruecker, UN special representative for Kosovo at 9:30 AM. The pair is to talk to the press at 10.30 AM. (STA/PHOTO)

LOKA PRI MENGSU - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to meet representatives of the Muslim community over the topic of intra-cultural dialogue at 6:30 PM.

LJUBLJANA - A session of the European Science Council is to kick off at 12:30 PM. The meeting is to be attended by European Science and Research Commissioner Janez Potocnik.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Agriculture, Forestry and Food Minister Marija Lukacic is due to attend a two-day session of the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council.
        
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak is to attend a conference on the EU's energy policy.
        
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Transport Minister Janez Bozic is scheduled to meet Jacques Barrot, the vice-president of the European Commission and transport commissioner.

CAIRO, Egypt - Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Janez Podobnik is to wrap up his two-day visit to Cairo, where he attends the 3rd Euro-Mediterranean Partnership environmental conference.
        
SOFIA, Bulgaria - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to conclude a two-day visit to Bulgaria.
        
HELSINKI, Finland - Representatives of the National Assembly EU affairs committee and the National Council foreign relations and European affairs commission are to take part in the Conference of Community and European Affairs Committees (until 21 November).

LJUBLJANA - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic is to present his deputies at a press conference at noon.

KOCEVSKA REKA - A ceremony marking the 15th anniversary of the permanent formation of the Territorial Defence, the forerunner of the Slovenian Armed Forces, and the 16th anniversary of the special brigade Moris. The official speaker at the ceremony, beginning at 6 PM, will be Prime Minister Janez Jansa.

LJUBLJANA - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to receive at noon representatives of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) commission who are to visit Maribor to inspect the city's preparations for the 2011 Winter Universiade.

LJUBLJANA - The National Surveying and Mapping Authority is to hold a press conference at 11 AM, presenting field registration of real estate.

MADRID, Spain - CODE: RED Madrid project by multi-media artist Tadej Pogacar and P.A.R.A.S.I.T.E. Museum of contemporary art is to open at Ojo Atomico contemporary arts centre.

HELSINKI, Finland - Month of contemporary Slovenian film is to kick off.
