Delo Says Abortion Policy Proposal a Return to the Past

Ljubljana, 20 November - Slovenia's leading broadsheet believes that the proposal of the labour ministry to tighten abortion policy as part of a new strategy to increase the birth rate sets Slovenia back at least 15 years, when this was one of the most controversial subjects for the framers of the Constitution.
