More Criticism for Pro-Life Strategy

Ljubljana, 21 November - Slovenia's largest trade unions' confederation has rebuffed the government-sponsored strategy for raising the birth rate, saying it was based on totally wrong assumptions, while the doctors' council of the leading national hospital said the document was positive in principle, but rejected the proposed restrictions on abortion.
