President Awards Top Military Brass for Role in Independence War
Brdo pri Kranju, 23 November - President Janez Drnovsek conferred on Thursday high state decorations on military staff who were instrumental in Slovenia's independence war of 1991, including two former chiefs-of-staff, Ladislav Lipic and Iztok Podbregar.
