Ljubljana, 24 May - With their Washington statement and joint strategy for ending the conflicts in Bosnia the world's major foreign ministers have again proved the only consistency in their "joint effort": the reluctance of Europe and the USA to take any decisive action against the horror in Bosnia and the inability of international institutions to stop the aggression and the "ethnic cleansing", writes Mitja Meršol in the theme of the day.
