Second Phase of Property Census Gets Underway on 1 December

Ljubljana, 1 December - The second phase of the property census will get underway on Friday, involving individual flat owners. It will come on top of phase one, which focused on non-residential buildings, state and local property. Both phases will be completed by April 2007.
