Riga, 28 November - The situation in the increasingly violent Afghanistan will top the agenda of the NATO summit in Riga, Latvia, at which 26 heads of state and government, including Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa, will be seeking a new strategy against the resurgent Taliban.
