lovenia proved a successful host at the international conference on minorities in Bled and received much public praise for being exemplary in its attitude towards minorities. From this aspect we can be content, but we should take note of some of the observations brought up at the discussions: that many European countries will have to deal with a new minority of people who will not be able to return to Bosnia if and when peace is achieved there. This could also prove a serious problem for Slovenia, writes Mirko Lorenci in Večer.
