Upper Chamber of Parliament Vetoes Asbestos Act

Ljubljana, 29 November - The National Council vetoed on Wednesday the amendments to the asbestos act in a 22-5 vote. The amendments, which were passed on 23 November, will now have to be confirmed in a renewed vote with an absolute majority.
