Rupel Says Slovenia Unhappy about Stalled EU Turkey Talks
Ljubljana, 1 December - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel met Turkey's top negotiator with the EU Ali Babacan on Friday, saying Slovenia was not happy about the obstacle in Turkey's EU talks. "We would like the negotiations resume as soon as possible," Rupel said after the meeting.
