Turkey to Act After EU Acts, Top Turkish Negotiator Says

Ljubljana, 1 December - Turkey will not back down despite warnings by the European Commission over Cyprus. "We are always willing to open our seaports and airports, but only after the European Union lifts the restrictions on Northern Cyprus as promised," Ali Babacan, Turkey's chief EU accession negotiator, told STA in Ljubljana on Friday.
