Rupel: OSCE Ministerial Declaration Unlikely

Brussels, 3 December - This-year's ministerial of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which is to get underway on Monday, will focus on migration, reforms, Kosovo and Kazakhstan's bid for the OSCE presidency in 2009, Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel told STA on Sunday.
