Paper Says REACH a Mockery of European "Eco-Awareness"

Ljubljana, 4 December - Business paper Finance says the compromise version of the EU's REACH chemical safety directive agreed to by the EU member states, the European Commission and the three biggest groups in the European Parliament on Friday shows that all the effort that went into the directive was unnecessary.
