Cukjati: EU Needs Effective Common Foreign Policy

Brussels, 4 December - Speaker of Parliament France Cukjati told his EU counterparts on Monday that effective EU action in hot spots required a common foreign policy, collective planning and management of humanitarian aid, and unified command over reaction forces.
