Berlin, 5 December - The 18-month presidency programme, drafted by the troika of forthcoming EU presiding countries is "very ambitious", as it includes a lot of foreign policy, economic challenges, issues concerning new Europe and global affairs, FM Dimitrij Rupel said in Berlin on Tuesday.
