Pekarna Blatnik Fails to Complete Mlinotest Takeover
Ajdovščina/Ljubljana/Velike Lašče, 6 December - Family-owned bakery Pekarna Blatnik has failed to garner sufficient shares to complete a takeover of rival Mlinotest. Pekarna Blatnik got only 2.31% of the Ajdovscina-based company with its bid of SIT 1,695 (EUR 7.07) per share that ran until Monday.
