Tax Administration Promises Simpler Income Tax Returns

Ljubljana, 6 December - The Tax Administration and the Finance Ministry are promising simpler income tax returns for the 2006 income tax returns. Taxpayers will get filled in forms by mail early in 2007 and will only be required to check the data before submitting them to their local tax authority, Ivan Simic, the head of the Tax Administration, told the press on Wednesday.
