Koper Mayor: Kucan Was Behind my Arrest in 2003

Ljubljana, 7 December - Koper Mayor Boris Popovic said on Thursday that Former President Milan Kucan was behind his arrest in 2003 and numerous criminal charges against him. He told a parliamentary commission tasked with probing the work of the state prosecution that the hunt after him started when he decided to go into politics.
