Health Minister Strikes Health Care Bill off ESS Agenda

Ljubljana, 8 December - The Economic and Social Council (ESS), an industrial relations forum, did not discuss on Friday changes to the act on health care and health insurance, as originally planned. The legislation, opposed by the trade unions and employers, was removed from the agenda by Health Minister Andrej Brucan before the meeting, ESS president Dusan Rebolj said.
