Next EU Presiding Troika to Present Its Programme

Brussels, 10 December - Slovenia, Germany and Portugal are to present on Monday their programme for the countries' successive six month stints as EU president between January 2007 and June 2008. This is the first programme prepared by three countries together and should provide greater efficiency in achieving the block's priority objectives and more continuity in decision-making processes.
