Ljubljana, 11 December - The half-ideal nuclear world only envisages the US, Russia, China, France and Great Britain in possession of a nuclear arsenal. But the approval of the US Congress for India to join the club, which is expected to be endorsed by President George W. Bush, means the US is already drafting new rules, daily Delo writes on Monday.
