Symposium Marking Centenary of Pino Mlakar's Birth Kicks Off

Ljubljana, 11 December - The Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts president Bostjan Zeks addressed on Monday the participants of a symposium marking the centenary of the birth of Slovenian ballet legend Pino Mlakar. Zeks expressed regret and shame that Mlakar could not join the academy as dancers and choreographers are still not considered to deserve that honour.
