Delo Describes EU Troika Plan as Inventory of Wishful Thinking

Ljubljana, 12 December - The presidency programme drafted by the troika of forthcoming EU presidents is too extensive to appear more than just like an inventory of wishful thinking, a leading Slovenian daily says in Tuesday's editorial about the plan presented by Germany, Portugal and Slovenia in Brussels on Monday.
