Gorenje Shareholders Opt for 15% Capital Increase

Ljubljana, 12 December - Shareholders of home appliance maker Gorenje agreed on Tuesday on a capital injection worth 15% of the Velenje-based company's capital. Despite being contrary to the management's proposal on a two-phase 50% share capital increase, the counterproposal, submitted by the state-run KAD fund, was endorsed by the majority of the stakeholders, including the management.
