No2 Insurer to Swell by EUR 13.77m in Five Years
Koper, 12 December - Shareholders of Adriatic Slovenica, the second largest insurer in Slovenia, voted on Tuesday in favour of a SIT 3.3bn (EUR 13.77m) capital share increase within the next five years. The shareholders also appointed a new supervisory board, the Koper-based company said today.
