Govt Rejects Commission's Notice on Notaries

Ljubljana, 13 December - The government confirmed on Wednesday its response to a formal notice concerning Slovenia's failure to enable notary services to be performed by non-Slovenian citizens from the EU issued by the European Commission on 12 October. The government said the commission's opinion that Slovenia's legislation is not in line with the EU legal order is unfounded.
