Ljubljana, 14 December - Kuwaiti businessman Hussein Al Kharafi is to arrive for a four-day visit in Slovenia on 17 December, the Ljubljana-based International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan studies (IFIMES) said on Thursday. The highlight of the Kuwaiti billionaire's visit will be the establishment of a Slovenia-Kuwait economic forum.
