Finance Speculates on Takeover of Defence Contractor
Ljubljana/Velenje, 15 December - Daily Finance reported on Friday that logistics group Viator&Vektor was in talks to sell its 70% stake in defence contractor Sistemska Tehnika to a joint venture formed by home appliance maker Gorenje, Finnish arms company Patria and its Slovenian distributor Rotis. Gorenje already rejected suggestions about the takeover.
