ISP Siol to Merge with Parent Telco

Ljubljana, 15 December - The supervisory board of telco Telekom Slovenije gave the nod to the merger of the telco's subsidiary Siol, Slovenia's largest internet services provider. Siol will retain its brand name, but its marketing will be taken over by Telekom Slovenije, the telco said on Friday.
