CORRECTION: Schedule of Events for the Week
Ljubljana, 18 December - Please note that several home affairs events scheduled to take place on Wednesday were wrongly included among Thursday's events in the weekly schedule of events. The government's weekly session, the last day of the regular session of parliament and the Christmas message by Ljubljana Archbishop Alojz Uran are among the events scheduled to take place on Wednesday. Below is a correction of the schedule in its entirety (corrected items denoted with *):

MONDAY, 18 December
LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to resume its final session of the year, among others with a vote on Marjeta Cotman, the nominee for minister of labour, the family and social affairs.
LJUBLJANA - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to host the presidents of the parliamentary parties that have signed the Development Partnership Pact.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Janez Podobnik is to attend a meeting of EU environment ministers.
OTOCEC - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to receive his counterpart from Bosnia-Herzegovina Nikola Radovanovic.
LJUBLJANA - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, is to present to the press its 2006 record.
LJUBLJANA/DIVACA - Railways operator Slovenske zeleznice is to outline results for 2006 at a press conference.
BLED - Chemical and tourism conglomerate Sava is to outline results for 2006 and plans at a press conference.
JESENICE - Steel producer Acroni is to present its 2006 results and plans for 2007.
TRBOVLJE - A movement promoting public health care is to hold a panel also attended by Health Minister Andrej Brucan.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Agriculture Minister Marija Lukacic is to attend a three-day EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council.
BUDAPEST, Hungary - State Secretary for European Affairs Janez Lenarcic is to visit Hungary.
LJUBLJANA - Session of the Programming Council of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija is to debate topical developments.
