Property Census Act Challenged at Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 18 December - The act on the census of real estate, the legal basis for the ongoing census of immovable property in Slovenia, is being challenged at the Constitutional Court by the information commissioner due to the allegedly excessive amount of personal data that property owners are expected to disclose.
