Ljubljana to Take Municipality Funding Act to Top Court
Ljubljana, 19 December - The Ljubljana City Council will challenge the municipality funding act at the Constitutional Court because the capital city is set to lose SIT 11.3bn (EUR 47.15m) next year as the new legislation takes effect on 1 January 2007.
