German Judge Backs Minister's Ideas for Faster Court Proceedings

Ljubljana, 19 December - A German judge who caused outrage among the ranks of Slovenian judges in 2003 by criticising their preoccupation with protecting their own privileges, on Tuesday voiced support for plans by Justice Minister Lovro Sturm to reduce the backlog of pending cases at Slovenian courts.
