Most Immigrants Come to Slovenia from Former Yugoslavia

Ljubljana, 19 December - The official statistics show that 32,896 immigrants with permanent residence permits lived in Slovenia last October plus an additional 31,957 who held temporary residence permits. While 70% of them are here for work, some 20% have come to Slovenia to be reunited with their families, Interior Ministry data shows.
