Managers Gain Control of Viator&Vektor

Ljubljana, 20 December - Vektor and Petin, two companies affiliated with the chairman of logistics group Viator & Vektor, said they have successfully completed a takeover of the group. The two companies acquired 45.38% in Viator & Vektor in the offer running through 19 December to raise their combined stake to 65.78%.
