Constitutional Court Celebrates Constitutionality Day

Ljubljana, 21 December - The role of the Constitutional Court in a democratic system governed by the power of law rather than the law of power, was highlighted on Thursday at a ceremony two days prior to Constitutionality Day, which marks the day in 1991 when the Slovenian Constitution was adopted.
