Celebrations of Architect Plecnik Reaching Crescendo in 2007

Ljubljana, 1 January - The year 2007 will mark the 50th anniversary of death of Slovenia's most famous architect Joze Plecnik, whose buildings left an indelible mark on the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, as well as Vienna and Prague. Celebrations of the architect are reaching their crescendo this year, which has been declared Plecnik's Year.
