LJUBLJANA - Constitution Day marks the 15th anniversary since the assembly of what was still one of the republics in the former Yugoslavia passed the first Slovenian Constitution. This created the basis for a new legal system, based on the respect for human rights, the principles of welfare state and parliamentary democracy.
