Delo on the Second Ethiopian-Somali War

Ljubljana, 27 December - The outbreak of the second Ethiopian-Somali war has completed the "African arch of crisis" ranging from Darfur in western Sudan to Somalia, with conflicts among Islamic Courts Union, the previous government and the Ethiopian army which penetrated Somalian territory, Delo says in Wednesday's commentary.
