Court Rules against Performance-Based Pay in Judiciary
Ljubljana, 27 December - The Constitutional Court has ruled that several provisions on salaries in the judiciary which would introduce performance-based pay are unconstitutional. This means that the salaries of judges and prosecutors will be governed by regulations that had been in place before March.
