Ljubljana, 29 December - Dailies Dnevnik and Delo agree on Friday that Thursday's sale of the nearly 25% stake held in technical goods chain Merkur by the state-run KAD and SOD funds to retailer Tus over the country's largest grocer Mercator came as a surprise, as Mercator was thought of as an undisputed favourite.
