Ljubljana, 30 December - The week was cut short by Christmas holidays, but it will nevertheless be remembered. The Constitutional Court gave judges, prosecutors and public office holders an unexpected New Year's present by ruling that several provisions on salaries in the judiciary which would introduce performance-based pay and wage cuts are unconstitutional.
