LJUBLJANA - The STA English Service is to release a feature on Herman Potocnik Noordung (1892-1929), a space flights pioneer and a visionary who conceived the idea of a geostationary satellite, as Slovenian prepares to remember the 115th anniversary of his birth. (STA)
