Minister Believes Nuclear Power Vital to Meet Slovenia's Needs

Ljubljana, 5 January - Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak does not think Slovenia can meet its electricity needs in the long run without nuclear energy. The construction of a second reactor of the Krsko nuclear power plant is therefore a serious alternative, the minister said in an interview published in Friday's edition of Finance.
